In an international environment we have managed critical change management projects from start to finish, with either the line organization or executive management as the client.
Carl Åberg - CEO and Founder
Carl Åberg has more than 10 years of experience working as a consultant in an international environment. His experience and work as a consultant and project manager has produced strong change management, project management, leadership, strategic and analytical skills. His wide sector experience include Energy, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Defense, Telecommunication, Construction and Banking. His asignments have both been completed in private companies and public organizations.
Prior to working as a
consultant Carl has worked at Danske Bank and UPM-Kymmene. Carl has
an M.Sc from Århus School of Business in International Business and
Finance.
He has
recently completed a PhD in Strategic Management at Witten/Herdecke
University, Germany. The title of his dissertation is
Dynamic Managerial Capabilities and Boards of
Directors.
